It all started in Seattle in 1985 with a father, a son, and a mission to create the world’s greatest cinnamon roll. After months of perfecting the recipe, Cinnabon® was born—made with premium Indonesian Makara® Cinnamon, soft, fresh-baked dough, and topped with our signature Ooey-Gooey™ cream cheese frosting. One bite is all it takes to see why nothing else comes close. Since opening our first UAE bakery in Abu Dhabi in July 2001, Cinnabon® has grown to over 47 stores with a dedicated team of 280+.
